Really enjoyed our stay at the UNA Verticale Milano.
Every member of staff were super friendly & helpfulalways smiling and welcoming, no matter what time it was.
Our room (829) was on the 8th floor and it was very spacious and modern, with a very large TV, lots of sockets/USB ports.
Super comfortable bed & pillows!
Bathroom was modern and very big too. Everything was IMMACULATELY clean.

Very disappointing experience. Room was not clean; however, bed was comfortable. Lots of street noise. Food was a disaster (breakfast and room service were abysmal). Service was poor and unfriendly - and everything was difficult for example, needing to call to have access to the fitness room, and access granted for one hour. The location of the hotel is good, and walkable to multiple sights....

Good location near many cafes and restaurants and 20 min walking to Dumo. The rooms were good size. Excellent communication via email prior to arrival respecting our request of 2 adjacent rooms. Easy check out and responded to our request for a car to the airport.
Check in took little bit long time but they upgrade our rooms according to our genius level in booking.com. Far from train station and not very central....

Nice room but. If you are on the street side the trams run till midnight and start again at 5am. Very noisy and no double glazing. Light sleepers will suffer. Breakfast is poor, the produce is packet cheese, cold eggs etc. and the coffee is awful, from a machine and practically undrinkable. This is Italy. Do better. And finally the internet : its 2025 guys. It took about 5 minutes just to download a newspaper so fo...

Pretty but tiny rooms and boring and overpriced

We were excited to pay more to have a good experience. On arrival, we were told that the rooftop is closed, the fine dining is closed and there were no people around. We were the only 2 in the bar for a drink. We felt we overpaid for what was there and the current room rate was 1/2, but they didn't care. Two people cannot walk in the room at the same time and no where to put your suitcases or any dresser to unp...
