Nice room but. If you are on the street side the trams run till midnight and start again at 5am. Very noisy and no double glazing. Light sleepers will suffer. Breakfast is poor, the produce is packet cheese, cold eggs etc. and the coffee is awful, from a machine and practically undrinkable. This is Italy. Do better. And finally the internet : its 2025 guys. It took about 5 minutes just to download a newspaper so fo...

Pretty but tiny rooms and boring and overpriced

We were excited to pay more to have a good experience. On arrival, we were told that the rooftop is closed, the fine dining is closed and there were no people around. We were the only 2 in the bar for a drink. We felt we overpaid for what was there and the current room rate was 1/2, but they didn't care. Two people cannot walk in the room at the same time and no where to put your suitcases or any dresser to unp...

Worst front desk experience we have had. We do not recommend this hotel in Milan. Very unfriendly and very unhelpful. No concierge at hotel and not at all accommodating. Maid service was poor. Not one thing positive about this hotel....

Lovely hotel, and thank you Farid!
We stayed here for a night whilst touring Milan, and the room was clean and spacious. Couldnt complain.
Breakfast was fine aswell.
At first when we came we saw a bit of a kerfuffle with another customer and one receptionist, but we were speaking to one receptionist called Farid, he was AMAZING. So lovely, he also changed our two rooms so they can be near each other.

The hotel is using the card system for opening doors and using the elevator. We couldnt use the card for the elevator because it was out of order. We had to wait for someone to come. Then the other day the card could not open the door of our room. We were going up and down waiting for somebody to open our door for about an hour. It was our Saturday night at Milano
